BUGS

Bugs. I'm not referring to the biology term of bugs but the technology term which is also known as a software bug.

Go google and find out what a software bug means if you don't know.

Back then when Friendster.com is "famous" till almost everyone around the world have a friendster account. A social-networking website. Very obvious, the purpose for the website is to engage people around the world, making more friends & even looking for friends that have gone missing!! However, there are some which used it for competition!! An indirect competition.

These competition involves adding thousands of anonymous and then showing off to "friends" or viewers to the profile that they have the most friends!! It is very common. Even in Facebook, the trend is getting there!! I've received some friend's request from anonymous. If the intention is real, to get to know me, I'm cool with it. You can spot these type of people by just seeing at their "wall".

Nevermind about that. If you don't like, just ignore it =) As simple as that.

Now, do you know that there's bug in friendster? These bugs might be harmful as you will not know what it is designed for & the purpose of it. Indirectly, you can call it virus!! To identify? Simple. Look at the comments in your friendster account or look at your "new messages". These are actually bugs!! Your friends did not send this to you and the messages was sent automatically.

You can see this too in the current hottest social-networking web which is facebook. So many "gifts" being sent, then I even noticed some of my friend's photo albums contains pictures that was not uploaded by him and was automatically done via the application that he use!!

It might not be a big issue now as you can simply delete the albums or remove comments on your wall. What about if these bugs are created to stay in your laptop/desktop to steal some personal information? That will be the problem.

Do you see the picture now?
