Today m3lv learn a very important lesson in college.
The head of Student Affairs Department taught m3lv that snatching in college is not an offence.
Then m3lv was wondering, does the college support snatch theft?
I believed they do!!
When the security guard could just take away my stuff without asking for permission!!
And the head of Student Affairs Department says there's nothing wrong with that, it is the college compound, they can do whatever they want, they have the "power".
And he says that anyone in the college can do that as well.
From that, m3lv learn that TARC support SNATCHING!!
