Team Lotus Street Demo @ Putrajaya

Few days back, m3lv participate in a contest organized by Team Lotus Spark and  the winner will get a chance to visit the garage area during the Team Lotus Street Demo at Putrajaya. I'm one of the 5 lucky winners =) Went  to Putrajaya with the beloved and receive a call from one of the person in charge, Mabel, she told me that I can bring the beloved along for the garage tour!

Mabel explain every single thing about the F1 car. From tires, to the driver's sit, the fuel, the chassis, basically everything!

Just look at their steering wheel, there's so many buttons!! I  think F1 car is kinda complicated!!

KLIMS 2010

Yesterday, I went to the Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show 2010 at PWTC!

KL Road was freaking terrible and I ended up taking

Then we went over to Proton area. Seriously, its so disappointing to see the Proton "concept car". I don't consider it as concept car at all! Its more like modification for existing car available in the market today.

25 years and still copying, that's what Proton is all about.

The New Saga Facelift, they called it Kasturi after adding some skirtings, some chrome at the fog lamp, smoked headlamp ==" Seriously WTF...

At the back, some skirtings, smoke rear lamp and some exhaust modification...Kasturi Concept?? Seriously? It looks more like modification =="

Proton Tuah

At first glance, I thought it was Kia Forte/Chevy Cruze. Well, it might be as Proton is good for copying wert. Anyway, for this, Its a thumbs up! Something by themself I think but its nice!

The Beloved's Convo

Last Sunday was the beloved's convo. She's finally graduate! But still continuing her studies for Degree! As for m3lv, 3 years in college and got nothing ==" That sucks! Am not a study person, somehow, m3lv just can't cope with studies. No Idea why. 

Anyway, everything was perfectly fine with the convo till It rains! I can say that Its a disaster for the graduates, they can't take picture outdoor hence most of them took pic in the college hall. Its only once in a lifetime for some, no matter what, Its a MUST to take pic for them ><

Skytrex @ Bukit Cahaya Shah Alam

Last weekend the company's Sports Club have organized an event at the SkyTrex Adventure in Bukit Cahaya Shah Alam. If you wonder what is SkyTrex....

Got the Idea now? Its like a obstacle course in the forest! 

Best thing about this event was Its fully paid by the Sports Club ^^ And there's even buffet after our challenge. Not bad eh!

So we reach the Bukit Cahaya Park about 9.00a.m. and you actually got the options to either walk, cycle, yes cycle, you can rent a bicycle there or take the bus provided. As for us, we took the bus!! And I can tell you that's the best choice!! You wouldn't wanna walk up hill or cycle up hill, seeing them is just tiring >< Lolx!

See!! Its going up hill, no point taking a bike, you'll end up pushing~lol!!

We were excited upon reaching, wondering which course we'll get to play. There're a lot of SkyTrex course available, from The Little Adventure to The Extreme!! But as for us, we went for the Big Thrill, Its in between Little Adventure & Extreme.

I think Little Adventure is for the kids, and the Big Thrill is much suitable for adults. You'll get what I mean If you were there. But I didn't manage to take pic for Big Thrill because they don't allow you to bring your SLR's up there!! You're climbing a freaking 10 storey tree and are you sure of bringing your precious SLR there? You can bring your digicam though because you can keep it in your pocket. m3lv don't have a digicam.

And then, there's a short briefing session, which we get ourselves a pair of gloves for free as well. ( Company pay ma!! ) It'll cost you RM3 per pair.

Once you got yourself the glove, then Its time to get the Harness. This is FOC, Its already included in the package. The Instructor will brief you about the "equipments" that you're about to use.

It took us about an hour to complete the 23 challenges for Big Thrill. Its fun but Its tiring as well. For m3lv, almost every challenge is a Flying Fox because I'm just lazy to do it the proper way Instead, I just fly myself.
