Reliable? Maybe not

Why do people buy newspaper? Just to get to know what's going on in this world, in this country of course. But lately, m3lv felt that these newspaper company is hiding more than providing the true story itself. Well, they are the news provider, we, the citizens wants to know the happening around needs to rely on them so we wouldn't know if the incident is real or fake or has been "polished".

Sime Darby has funds

IN yesterday’s front-page report tit­led “LCCT@Labu off”, it should have been reported that Sime Darby did not want to fund the infrastructure costs of the terminal and would only sell the land for the project. It was incorrect to say that Sime Darby lacked funds to initiate the infrastructure. We apologise for the error.

Just see how they twist and turn the story on 23/02/2009. What a joke, they don't review their article before publishing it? m3lv got a feel they apologize to Sime Darby due to Sime Darby is a filthy rich company in Malaysia and m3lv believe they do not want to get into trouble with a million dollar company or they'll face numerous problems in future.

So, if they are scared of this million dollar company and that may be the reason that they are apologizing, how many more lies have they told us before this? How many stories which has been manipulate? And we, the citizens, still claim it as "The Peoples Paper".
